Are you allowing photos/videos to be taken during your performance by Audience Members? (If yes, you will need to send your documentation to the Secretary in advance of the handover appointment)

Would you like our front of house team to assist you with selling programmes, raffle tickets or any other items? (If yes, please specify what, prices, arrangement for raffle tickets etc and provide a cash float for the team - also state who the tickets and money is to go to at the start of the show)

Have you included a page in your programme to advertise the Hyde Festival Theatre bar? (Downloadable from the Hirer-Information page)

Are you using any Pyrotechnics in your production or anything similar you feel the front of house team should know about? (If yes, please state where in the show and what you are doing)

Cast signing out and departure - Where is this happening?
